This Gen 3 Tui Trailer is crafted to meet the latest European standards, offering exceptional durability and performance. Built on a robust hot-dip galvanized chassis and drawbar, the Gen 3 Tui Trailer ensures years of reliable service. The trailer’s sides and tailgates are made from zincalume-coated steel for added resilience, while the deck is framed with zincalume-coated steel, complete with integrated D-rings for secure tie-down points. The deck’s center features a high-quality Scandinavian plywood insert, known for its strength and practicality.

The trailer is equipped with torsion spring suspension, providing a smooth, maintenance-free ride for many years. The suspension is mounted on a galvanized 80 x 80 x 5mm axle, engineered to withstand the harsh conditions of northern hemisphere arctic and marine environments.

For easy loading and unloading, the trailer is fitted with a hand-controlled tipping mechanism. Simply turn the handle, and the trailer tilts smoothly until the reinforced light bar touches the ground, ensuring steady and effortless loading. The optional ramp makes it even easier to load equipment such as mowers, motorcycles, golf carts, or even Go-Karts.

The trailer also includes a 700mm cage, secured by high-quality catches that firmly hold the cage and tailgates closed. For added convenience, the cage can be quickly removed by undoing four bolts, with the nuts riveted to the trailer for easy reassembly. A high-quality jockey wheel is also included for smooth maneuverability.

• Axles, bearings and wheels:  Our Gen 3 trailers now feature torsion suspension, offering a significantly smoother ride on the road compared to traditional leaf springs. Designed with the European market in mind, our suspension and bearings are built for optimal performance and durability.
• Standard tipping feature:  Our new Gen 3 trailers come with tipping as standard, allowing easy loading of lawnmowers and motorcycles without the need for a ramp. Additionally, a screw tip can be added for even smoother and perfectly controlled tipping.
• A chassis to be used and abused:  Our chassis are constructed from a combination of RHS and C-channel, fully welded for added strength. Key areas, such as the axle and drawbar mounts, are reinforced with 6mm channel and 8mm steel plates for extra durability. The frame is then hot-dip galvanized and finished with Scandinavian plywood, zincalume sides, and high-quality lighting.
• Strong and smooth latches:  Our gen 3 come standard with these strong, smooth, spring loaded latches that firmly hold the tailgates and cages in position. These are also lockable for extra security.
• Flexible side lights:  The marker lights are flexible, ensuring they won’t break if you need to park in a tight spot or accidentally bump into something. They come equipped with LED lights as standard.
• Strong, fully welded drawbar:  The drawbars on our trailers are made of thick, strong RHS, fully welded and hot dip galvanized, ensuring excellent stability and a solid construction.
• Strong and smooth latches:  Our gen 3 come standard with these strong, smooth, spring loaded latches that firmly hold the tailgates and cages in position. These are also lockable for extra security.
• Tie down points:  Ample tie-down points are essential for securely fastening a load. Our new Gen 3 trailers feature multiple tie-down points both inside and outside, offering flexibility for whatever you need to transport.
• Reinforced light panel:  Our light panels are reinforced with SHS to ensure the trailer safely rests on the ground when tipping, while also providing durability to withstand impacts and rough conditions during travel.
